WHY DO YOU NEED A WILL?

Many people say they need a will or need to update an existing one, yet they don't set aside time to do so. Wills are a very important part of estate planning and everyone should have one to assure that his or her wishes will be honored upon death.  It is also strongly recommended that you have a Power of Attorney naming a person to handle your affairs in the event of disability.  A separate Medical Power of attorney is also highly recommended to provide for your wishes in the event of permanent unconsciousness or terminal illness.
